Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:

Payment must be received before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Orders and Design Approval
For custom products and design services:

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, mockups, spelling, colours, sizes, and placement before production.

Once approval has been given, NZ Clothing Lab is not responsible for errors that were present in approved designs.

Production begins only after approval and payment requirements have been met.
Intellectual Property and Customer Artwork
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any logos, images, artwork, or designs submitted to NZ Clothing Lab.
Customers agree not to submit content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights belonging to others.
NZ Clothing Lab accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied artwork.
All original logos, graphics, artwork, and designs created by NZ Clothing Lab remain the property of NZ Clothing Lab until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NZ Clothing Lab retains the right to display completed work, including logos, designs, mockups, and finished products, for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable source files and working files are only included where specified in the original agreement.
Design Services
Design fees cover the agreed scope of work and any included revisions.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Production and Lead Times
Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guides only.
Delays may occur due to:

Shipping disruptions

Public holidays

Material shortages

Circumstances outside our control
NZ Clothing Lab is not liable for losses resulting from delays.
Shipping
Once orders have been handed to a courier, delivery times are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
NZ Clothing Lab is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom products and design services are generally non-refundable unless required under New Zealand law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NZ Clothing Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or service.
